Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, and develop case strategies.
- Attend court hearings, depositions and motions
- Handle day-to-day tasks associated with litigation cases
Requirements:
- At least 7 years experience in Litigation
- Experience in legal research and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with court procedures, depositions, and motions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Strong expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation and arbitration.
