Job Title: Librarian

Reports to: Head of Library Department
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Librarian to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the library's collections, services, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the library's collections, including acquisition, cataloging, and classification
- Develop and implement library services, including reference, circulation, and instruction
- Supervise library staff and students
- Participate in library planning and policy-making
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support curriculum and research needs
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Library Science (MLS)
- NYSC discharge certificate
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a library / a higher institution setting
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration
