Job Title: Lead Product Manager
Location: Lagos

About the Role
- Are you passionate about creating infrastructure for businesses across Africa? Bloc seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of its products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, create specifications, and maintain a product roadmap.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to prioritize and solve customer pain points.
- Continuously reassess impact and prioritise initiatives on the roadmap.
- Measure efficiency gains attributable to projects and oversee their lifecycle.
- Work with engineers and the product team to manage discovery, specifications, and execution of roadmap items.
- Develop internal documentation and training materials for the platform and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to quarterly goal setting by researching opportunities and building business cases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or banking. At least 2+ years in eCommerce, SaaS, or related industries.
- Skills
- Proven track record of achieving tangible results in a professional setting.
- Strong project planning and resource management skills, with the ability to see initiatives through to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for executive audiences.
- Experience in using datasets to answer business questions or develop business cases.
Salary
NGN 1,000,000 monthly.
