Job Title: Lead, Human Capital Management (HCM)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Lead, Human Capital Management (HCM) will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR strategy implementation.
- The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in human capital management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Knowledge of performance management processes and training & development programs
- Strong understanding of HR strategy implementation and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
