Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
  • Train, schedule and oversee kitchen staff
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene stndards.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
  • Resolve kitchen -related issues and ensure team performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a kitchen manager, Head Chef,or similar role
  • Strong leadership and tem mangement skills
  • Excellent knowledge kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekend, and holiday as needed.
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
