Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
- Train, schedule and oversee kitchen staff
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene stndards.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
- Resolve kitchen -related issues and ensure team performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a kitchen manager, Head Chef,or similar role
- Strong leadership and tem mangement skills
- Excellent knowledge kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
- culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekend, and holiday as needed.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
