Job Title: Junior Operations and Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview

  • The Junior Operations and Marketing Officer will support day-to-day operations while assisting with the firm's marketing activities. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • The candidate will play a critical role in tracking leads, preparing reports, and contributing to operational efficiency and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services.
  • Track and manage leads using the firm’s CRM system and provide regular reports on conversion metrics.
  • Plan and execute client outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Manage and create marketing content, including newsletters, social media posts, presentations, and client brochures.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Maintain and update client databases ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients and strategic partners to enhance the firm’s market presence.
  • Manage client communications, including follow-ups on inquiries, case updates, and client feedback.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily business operations of the firm.
  • Support administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
  • Prepare operational reports, track key performance metrics, and analyze business data.
  • Streamline internal processes and workflows to improve overall performance.
  • Manage and monitor project timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison between departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and operations management principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and present insights effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.
