Job Title: Investment Specialist
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Source for investors and funds to finance projects
- Identify and evaluate potential investor outreach through networking, market research and other channels.
- Analyze investment proposals and conduct thorough research to assess potential risks and returns.
- Create and foster strategic partnerships.
- Identify and mitigate investment risks through proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their risk tolerance, financial goals and investment preferences.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze results and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a relevant field.
- 2 - 7 years experience in finance, real estate or insurance sector is a plus.
- Experience in investment is an advantage.
- Great research and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
