About the Role
We’re looking for a resourceful and curious investingport Intern to support our team across research, engagement, and content coordination. You’ll assist in stock market research, help manage our community interactions, and support our Head of Department with administrative and creative tasks. This is a multi-faceted role for someone eager to grow their digital, research, and communication skills in a hybrid HR/finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic stock market and industry research to support social content and team insights.
- Assist the Head of Department in preparing reports, presentations, and weekly briefs.
- Help manage online communities (social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.), respond to questions, and foster engagement.
- Support the coordination and execution of webinars and virtual sessions, including setup, promotion, and moderation.
- Draft and schedule engaging posts that reflect timely insights and industry trends.
- Track analytics and performance of campaigns, and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with ongoing projects and campaigns.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the stock market, investing, or economic trends.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and community tools.
- Comfortable using Canva or other basic design tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Experience with webinar tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Knowledge of market analysis tools or platforms (even if basic).
- Previous involvement in managing a social media or community page.
