Available Internship Areas

Interns may be assigned to one or more of the following departments based on their skills, interests, and the company’s needs:

  • Sales and Business Development
  • Customer Success and Client Onboarding
  • Human Resources and Recruitment
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media
  • Content Creation and Communications
  • Product Support and Quality Assurance
  • Administration and Business Operations

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned department, the intern may be required to:

  • Assist with daily departmental and administrative tasks.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new WorkflowsHR clients.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, customer follow-ups, and account support.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, or internal documents.
  • Support recruitment, employee onboarding, and other HR-related activities.
  • Create or assist with social media content, articles, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Test features on the WorkflowsHR platform and report errors or areas requiring improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and update company systems when required.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and periodic in-office workdays.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the stated deadlines.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be a student, recent graduate, NYSC member, or early-career professional.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
  • Be willing to learn new software and business processes.
  • Be organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be professional when communicating with clients and colleagues.
  • Be available during agreed working hours and give sufficient attention to the internship.
  • Be willing to work remotely and report to the office when required.

Previous work experience is not compulsory. However, relevant experience, personal projects, certifications, or demonstrated interest in technology, HR, sales, marketing, customer service, or business operations will be an advantage.
