Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students via phone,email, social media, and face-to-face meetings to present program offerings andclose enrollments.
  • Develop and execute effective follow-upstrategies to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics toidentify trends and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to designand implement innovative campaigns to attract students.
  • Represent the organization at education fairs,open days, and community events to promote programs and services.
  • Utilize social media platforms and digital toolsto engage and capture the interest of target audiences.
  • Provide personalized guidance to prospectivestudents and their families on program options, application processes, andcareer pathways.
  • Address concerns and resolve queries promptly,ensuring a seamless and supportive recruitment experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with schools,colleges, and other stakeholders to establish a strong recruitment pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to expand recruitmentchannels and enhance student enrollment strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to setambitious yet achievable recruitment targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitoractivities to inform strategic decisions.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence prospective students.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping students achieve their goals.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in higher education recruitment or counseling.
  • Knowledge of international student recruitment processes is an advantage.
