Role Overview

• As an Internal Control Trainee, you will work closely with our Internal Control team to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal processes and controls.
• This position is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in risk management, audit, or compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the documentation, testing, and evaluation of internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support the preparation of risk assessments and reports on identified control weaknesses.
• Participate in audits and internal control reviews, including gathering and analyzing data.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in risk management and internal control practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
