Job Description
Our client, a home decoration store, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented In-Store Salesperson to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally.
Requirements:
- OND/HND.
- Proven experience in retail or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
