Job Title: In-House Legal Counsel

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our legal team as a Middle Manager.
- This role will provide legal guidance across various aspects of the business, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
- The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications and Requirements
- LLB in Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house counsel experience.
- Experience in the Technology, Real Estate and Manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with international legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in using legal research
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple
- projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior legal staff is preferred.
