Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to manage, recruit, and develop their organization's human capital.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Manage payroll, labor laws, and HR practices
- Utilize HRIS and Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or HR Certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate working experience in HR Management
- Good knowledge of Payroll, Labor Laws, HR Practices, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
