Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Lotus Capital Limited in Lagos.
  • The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
