We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in outsourcing, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with HR systems and software (e.g., Seamless HR, NotchHR, Bento)
- Experience with performance management, learning and development practices.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in HR (e.g., ACIPM, PHR) is an added advantage
- Experience in the material handling equipment industry is a nice to have
- Knowledge of outsourcing management best practices.
