Job Summary
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
- Coordinate employee benefits, training, and development programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist with payroll administration and other HR-related tasks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
