Job Description
- The HR/Admin Officer will support the HR/Admin Manager in ensuring smooth office operations and assist with HR-related tasks as part of their development plan.
- The role involves administrative tasks, data management, and participation in HR processes under the mentorship of the HR/Admin Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory management.
- Handle procurement of supplies and maintain vendor relationships.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records.
HR Assistance:
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding programs and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for payroll, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Adhoc Duties:
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
- Support employee engagement activities, including surveys and team-building events.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Eagerness to learn and develop HR knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
