Hotel Front Desk / Receptionist


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments
  • Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to guests’ complaints and requests, coordinating with the necessary department or staff member to solve any issues
  • Handle reservation requests; over the phone, via email, or face-to-face
  • Ensure that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Arrange transportation for guests
  • Manage room bookings and keep track of inventory
  • Prepare invoices and handle payment procedures
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in
  • Communicate with the booking, housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests’ needs
  • Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.
