Job Title: Head of School
Location: Ayobo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff, including academic and non-academic personnel.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, safety protocols, and resource allocation.
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the school.
- Monitor and assess academic performance and student achievement.
- Foster a collaborative environment for teachers, staff, and students.
- Supervise student discipline policies and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Develop and promote extracurricular activities that foster student growth.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
