Job Title: Head of School
Location: Mowe / Shimawa, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for a seasoned educational leader with a strong Montessori education background to fill the Head of School position.
- The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage school operations, and ensure academic excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school
- Manage school operations, including staff, students, and resources
- Ensure academic excellence and high standards of teaching and learning
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Ed Degrees
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head of School or in a senior leadership role
- Proven knowledge of primary education
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Montessori education
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide strategic leadership and direction.
