About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead the entire production value chain of our mechanized poultry farm and FMCG production factories.
- The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to meet production targets while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production teams across poultry farms and FMCG factories.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational production goals.
- Optimize production processes and oversee schedules for efficient operations.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop budgets, monitor production costs, and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Coordinate inventory and supply chain management to ensure timely resource availability.
- Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in production management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in poultry farm and FMCG manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
