Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Finance and Inventory Operations to oversee the financial and inventory management processes of our mechanized poultry farm and FMCG factories.
- The successful candidate will drive profitability, optimize inventory controls, and ensure financial efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for all operations.
- Lead inventory management efforts, including stock audits and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial and inventory reporting standards.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in finance and inventory management, with 3-5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in financial operations for manufacturing, FMCG, or agricultural sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
