Job Summary
- We seek a seasoned business development professional with a proven track record in fund mobilization to lead our business development efforts.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth, mobilize funds, and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and fund mobilization
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for business development
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, fund mobilization, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving growth, mobilizing funds, and expanding customer bases
- Strong knowledge of the [industry/sector] and current market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
