Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and Preparing a wide selection of local and continental dishes, according to recipes and established standards.
  • Ensure dishes are of high quality and visually appealing, meeting the expectations of our customers.
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for cooking ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing suggestions for new and innovative dishes.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior cooks, providing guidance and support as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef, with a strong portfolio showcasing your cooking skills and creativity.
  • In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and various types of dish preparation.
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately, adjusting quantities as necessary.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to high-quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working well with a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
