Job Description

Responsibilities:

Staff Services:

  • Ensure all Staff have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Address Staff complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.


Facility Management:

  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the guest house.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring all facilities are in excellent working order
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.


Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise guest house staff (housekeepers, cooks, security personnel, etc.).
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or training as necessary.


Budgeting and Reporting:

  • Manage the guest house budget, including expenses for supplies, maintenance, and staff salaries
  • Track and report occupancy rates, guest feedback, and financial performance to the management team.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising service quality.


Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure the guest house complies with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
  • Implement and maintain security measures for guests and property.


Hospitality Standards:

  • Establish and uphold high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience
  • Minimum of OND
