Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, improve brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage all marketing verticals, including digital, performance, content, social media, and events marketing.
  • Run data-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel for maximum lead generation and conversions.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
  • Create and execute paid advertising campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed targets.
  • Create compelling content (blogs, videos, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Act as the face of the brand on social media and video platforms, confidently promoting the business and engaging with the community.
  • Manage and grow social media channels through consistent, high-quality content.
  • Set up and manage marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) to streamline operations and improve ROI.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns and customer journeys to nurture leads effectively.
  • Report directly to the Head of Operations.
  • Provide daily and weekly progress updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and plans.
  • Use data analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Build and enhance the brand’s presence and authority in the training industry.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to extend market reach.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Verifiable success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp).
  • Advanced skills in analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Comfortable being on video and actively engaging on social media.
  • Strong understanding of branding and messaging.
  • Highly creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to refine strategies.
  • Adept at setting and achieving clear, measurable goals.
  • Hands-on and willing to manage all aspects of marketing without a large team.
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (optional but advantageous).
