- This pivotal role oversees sales and marketing efforts, ensuring customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee Sales and Marketing Leads, ensuring synergy and alignment.
- Identify new opportunities for market penetration and customer retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred.
- 7+ years in sales or marketing leadership, with proven growth achievements.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
