Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, and more.
- Conceptualize and execute design ideas based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's branding standards and guidelines.
- Update and refine existing design assets to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts.
- Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) to create high-quality graphics.
- Prepare final artwork for production and ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality standards.
- Adapt quickly to changes in project scope, deadlines, and priorities.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance design output.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of web design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
