Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, and more.
  • Conceptualize and execute design ideas based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's branding standards and guidelines.
  • Update and refine existing design assets to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts.
  • Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) to create high-quality graphics.
  • Prepare final artwork for production and ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality standards.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in project scope, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance design output.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Knowledge of web design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.
