Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging designs for both physical (e.g., brochures, banners, packaging) and digital media (e.g., social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns).
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with Medic Connect's visual identity and tone.
  • Brainstorm and execute design concepts that elevate marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh, innovative approaches into projects.
  • Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality results on time in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing physical and digital media projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing for diverse formats, from print materials to web-based platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
