Job Summary:
As an FTTH Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks. This role involves site surveys, installation supervision, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to identify optimal fiber routes and installation methods.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on site surveys, installations, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic principles, networks, and transmission technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to sites.
