Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
- Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Manage reservations and room availability
- Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
- Monitor and review guest feedback
- Resolve customer complaints
- Train and coach front desk staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- The applicant should have a minimum of a B.Sc. from any of the Nigerian-recognized universities, and any related professional course will be an added advantage.
- The applicant must have a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a 4-star hotel environment.
- Must have a very good knowledge of hotel reservation software like Opera PMS and BioDus.
- Must be smart, Confident and good-looking
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance.
