Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
  • Manage reservations and room availability
  • Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
  • Monitor and review guest feedback
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Train and coach front desk staff
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area


Requirements:

  • The applicant should have a minimum of a B.Sc. from any of the Nigerian-recognized universities, and any related professional course will be an added advantage.
  • The applicant must have a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a 4-star hotel environment.
  • Must have a very good knowledge of hotel reservation software like Opera PMS and BioDus.
  • Must be smart, Confident and good-looking
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
