Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team at Hazon Holdings.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's services and policies
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a similar industry or company
- eCrtification in customer service or administration
- Knowledge of CRM software.
