Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hire a Front Desk and Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience.
  • This role also provides critical administrative support across various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and relay messages promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing relevant information about company services.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and internal events.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and administrative activities.
  • Address and resolve client or visitor concerns, escalating where necessary to relevant departments.
  • Oversee and restock office supplies, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare, review, and update documentation related to front desk operations.
  • Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely reminders for appointments.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to manage maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the reception area.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy, professional, and reflective of the company’s brand.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional administrative and clerical skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
