Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all f&b staff are performing their duties.
- Conduct briefings to communicate goals, menu updates, or promotions.
- Address customer feedback or complaints.
- Ensure high service standards across the board.
- Check stock levels for food, beverages, and equipment.
- Submit requisition forms 24hrs before next shift
- Monitor daily sales and control budgets.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash management.
- Ensure health, safety, and licensing requirements are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to certified work hours.
- Ensure the department is constantly clean.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree / OND / HND / NCE / SSCE / FLSC with 4 - 10 years experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
