We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Floor Staff (Barbacks and Runners)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 6 - 7 hour shifts within the lounge's operational hours (12PM - 2AM)

Job Summary

• Floor Staff, including Barbacks and Runners, play a crucial role in maintaining smooth lounge operations by supporting bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
• They ensure the lounge remains clean, organized, and fully stocked while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires energy, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to keep up with the fast-paced lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies as needed.
• Provide prompt support to servers by delivering orders and clearing tables.
• Ensure the bar, dining area, and storage spaces are clean and tidy at all times.
• Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and plates, returning them to the appropriate areas.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, ice, and supplies, reporting shortages to supervisors.
• Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and accessibility.
• Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the floor, attending to customer needs when required.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for special events or promotions.
• Respond quickly to high-demand situations during peak hours, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timeliness and accuracy in restocking and supply replenishment.
• Cleanliness and organization of the bar and floor areas.
• Customer satisfaction and positive feedback regarding support services.
• Efficiency in assisting with event setup and peak time operations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FSLC / SSCE / OND / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Barback, Runner, or in a similar support role.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-energy environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items (e.g., stock replenishment).
• Knowledge of basic hygiene and safety standards.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 monthly.
