Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, anticipate, and manage the live operation to ensure a greater user experience 
  • Manage real-time fleet capacity 
  • Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders 
  • Give structured and actionable daily feedback to the Head of Operations 
  • Ensure a smooth operation by ensuring that riders are available for order fulfillment.  
  • Responsible for fleet operation tracking, including the creation of performance metrics/KPIs, etc. 
  • Ensure all riders adhere to the company’s policies, regulations, SLAs, and SOPs. 
  • Monitor and ensure fleet operations are compliant with local rules and regulations 
  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all delivery requests across the states 


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Operations, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Minimum of 2 years+ of experience managing transportation operations to ensure the lowest cost, availability of personnel, and on-time delivery 
  • Experience in managing fleet and working with delivery partners 
  • Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly changing work environment 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting
