Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, anticipate, and manage the live operation to ensure a greater user experience
- Manage real-time fleet capacity
- Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders
- Give structured and actionable daily feedback to the Head of Operations
- Ensure a smooth operation by ensuring that riders are available for order fulfillment.
- Responsible for fleet operation tracking, including the creation of performance metrics/KPIs, etc.
- Ensure all riders adhere to the company’s policies, regulations, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Monitor and ensure fleet operations are compliant with local rules and regulations
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all delivery requests across the states
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years+ of experience managing transportation operations to ensure the lowest cost, availability of personnel, and on-time delivery
- Experience in managing fleet and working with delivery partners
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting
