Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, provide financial insights, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries, and conduct financial analysis to provide insights on business performance.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, handle day-to-day accounting processes, and oversee general ledger entries.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor and analyze expenditures and revenues.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure tax returns are filed on time and in compliance with applicable tax laws, and support internal and external audits.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability, and manage banking relationships and financial transactions.
- Cost Control: Identify cost-cutting opportunities and implement efficiency measures, and track and analyze expenses to ensure they remain within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, with expertise in financial reporting, tax filings, and audits.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime Gold), advanced Excel skills, accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, time management and prioritization skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
