Role Description
- We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to support our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic growth. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a global organization while assisting with diverse range of financial activities in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit/loss statements, cash flow projections, and reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Support funding, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a finance role, preferably within an agency or marketing-related industry.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA or CIMA are a plus).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management tools and software.
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
