Job Title: Field Recovery Agent
Locations: Ondo Town - Ondo, Ibadan - Oyo, Mainland & Island - Lagos & Abeokuta - Ogun

Job Description
- Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
- Contact debtors and pursue payment.
- Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
- Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
- Reducing the non-performing debts owed to the company
- Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
- Any other task that may be assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- OND / HND / NCE / BSc
- 1 - 2 years experience in debt recovery in a finance company, microfinance or bank
- Must live in Ibadan, Ondo town, Abeokuta,Lagos Island,Mainland, (Ajah, Epe, Lekki, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Iyan-ipaja and environs)
- Must be street smart
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to follow policy and procedures.
- Commitment to achieving performance goals.
- Available to resume immediately.
Salary
N82,000 Monthly.
