Field Operations Officer


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Carry out measurements and inspections at job sites based on job briefs.
  • Carry out installations/brandings at job sites and overseeing the activies of external contractors on/off job site till full completion.
  • Ensure proper planning on all installations/brandings and execution on all field jobs
  • Acquire market prices and price updates for production briefs.
  • Assist in purchasing materials and acquiring vendors to fulfil job briefs.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates on materials and labour on all job briefs.
  • Examine specifications, sample layouts, and mock-ups to calculate unit and production costs.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 2- 3years relevant work experience handling Clients in an Advertising/brand communication agency or Print company.
  • Professional with good communication skills.
  • Proven records in branding and installation.
  • Experience in field operations and project management.
  • Good initiatives and negotiation skills.
