Job Title: Field Marketer
Locations: Lagos & Ogun

Job Summary
- We are looking for energetic and results-driven marketers to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will actively seek out and engage with NIMC agents across various locations, convincing them to join our platform.
- This platform offers enhanced access to critical services, including error corrections for names, dates of birth, and other data updates, without requiring agents to visit the head office in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to government and independent NIMC agents across various locations.
- Present the benefits and unique features of our client’s advanced NIMC platform.
- Build strong relationships with agents and convert them to onboard the platform.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, including leads generated, follow-ups, and successful conversions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the NIMC process or agent networks is a plus but not required.
Benefits
- Salary: N40,000 monthly (Basic).
- Call allowance to support field activities.
- Attractive commission for each successful agent onboarded.
