Job Description

Are you passionate about fashion and possess exceptional leadership skills? Gidi Chic Boutique, a trendsetting fashion destination, is looking for a proactive and dedicated Supervisor to oversee our boutique operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
Ensure the boutique is well-presented, clean, and aligned with Gidi Chic's brand standards.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail or fashion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for fashion and a good eye for trends.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
