Job Title: Female HR Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Attract, source, and screen potential candidates for job openings.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, acting as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance by all employees.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business-Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and current regulations.
- Proven record of merited promotion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience working with Slack and Notion
- Must be Female.
