Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist customers with fashion advice, product selection, and resolving inquiries or complaints.
- Train and guide new staff members on store policies, procedures, and sales techniques.
- Maintain awareness of current fashion trends and incorporate them into sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management on promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Requirements:
