Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of the tailoring factory, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Coordinate the workflow and allocate tasks among tailors to meet production deadlines.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout all stages of production.
Train, mentor, and manage the performance of tailors to optimize skills and productivity.
Develop and implement efficient production processes and strategies to minimize waste.
Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition.
Collaborate with designers, production teams, and management to ensure seamless execution of garment designs.
Enforce health and safety regulations within the factory.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a tailoring or garment production unit.
Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns, and tailoring techniques.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of sewing machinery maintenance is a plus.
