Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake minor repairs
  • Monitor contractors doing work in the school
  • Check the state of all facilities on a daily basis.
  • Take periodic inventory of school properties

Skills and Competences

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Exhibit ability to work in a team
  • Have a flair for repairs

Key Performance Indicators

  • Level of complaint on minor repairs
  • Percentage of spoilage and damages
  • Timeliness of reporting damages
  • Turnaround time on maintenance and repairs

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake minor repairs

  • Write reports on maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance of all maintenance protocols among staff and students

Education and Work Experience

  • Minimum of ND in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering or related courses
  • Work experience may be an advantage but not criteria

Skills and Competences

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance
