Through strategic management and planning, it has become a Group with subsidiaries involved in the business of integrated facility management services, sales and distribution of cleaning equipments, products and accessories, catering equipment, FF&E items for the hospitality industry, paper products as well as toilet fittings refurbishment services.

Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager in Lagos. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of a residential apartment building managing vendors, coordinating repairs and renovations, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Facility Management, Maintenance, and Operations skills
  • Vendor Management and Coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Previous work experience in Facility Management Company.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
