Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager in Lagos. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of a residential apartment building managing vendors, coordinating repairs and renovations, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for residents and visitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Facility Management, Maintenance, and Operations skills
- Vendor Management and Coordination skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Previous work experience in Facility Management Company.
Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
