Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
- Oversees the operation and maintenance of the estate's buildings and facilities.
- Manage the Facility budget, track expenses, and ensure that all services and maintenance activities are performed cost effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for various services, such as security, and Landscaping ensuring high-quality performance and contract adherence.
Requirements
- B.Eng in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Candidates must have 4 to 5 years of experience in residential facility Management.
