Job Title: Experienced Female Accountant (Real Estate & Estate Development)
Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Description
- Are you a skilled accountant with 3–6 years of experience in real estate and estate development? We're seeking an Experienced Female Accountant to provide comprehensive accounting support and ensure seamless financial operations.
Role Summary
- As an Accountant, you’ll manage the full accounting cycle, prepare financial reports, and assist with month-end closings.
- You’ll work closely with team leaders and report to the Senior Analyst – Corporate Finance, contributing to the success of our Harmony Gardens projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), and daily operations.
- Reconcile business accounts and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales Admin Officer and COO to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and prepare depreciation schedules.
- Support month-end closings and financial analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
